About Our Cat Trees & Other Cat Furniture

We would like to tell you about our main products, all with SKU’s starting with PC, and why we feel that they are the very best cat trees for your cats and your home.

First, they are made in the southeastern United States by a company founded in 1975, a company that has developed great understanding of cats’ needs as well as excellent skills at designing stable, durable cat trees from top quality products.

The models are all designed to allow for growth and enhancement as the need or desire arises. Individual elements with a wide range of color choices (see question #6 in our 2nd set of questions on our FAQ page) may be purchased at later dates and are guaranteed to fit with no need of drilling(holes are already there under the velour coverings), just a few turns of buttonhead screws or endless screws. There are absolutely no nails or staples which can work free and cause harm to your precious pets.

The Modular Building Kit System makes the possible cat tree designs nearly endless no matter which standard model you might start with. Or you can choose one of our larger cat trees that you believe will suit all your kitty’s needs, present and future, which will save you much money in the long run.

A healthy indoor cat can easily live to be 20 years old, and one ought to consider the life of their cat tree before purchasing. Cats are not going to feel safe or secure on a lightweight, unstable cat tree but will most likely avoid it.

If choosing a “floor to ceiling” cat tree, this company asks for you to measure the height of your ceiling and will adapt units to fit up to 12' ceilings and even cathedral slanted ceilings.

When buying scratching posts, they need to be higher than your largest cat is long, stretched out from back paws to front paws. All the posts in our furniture are tightly wrapped with the best sisal rope making this easy for you achieve. Since a good cat tree or scratching post is an investment and should be expected to last for years, careful consideration should be exercised so that kitties and their owners are both happy.

Owners of large cat breeds will be happy to know that oversize sleepers and hammocks are available to replace the normal size ones on ordered cat trees for no extra cost. Also, for future “horizontal” growth possibilities a Large Base(20"x31") may be chosen for any of the cat trees having square ones--for an extra $15 with the standard velour covering or an extra $21 for one with a sisal rug inlay. Because of the high quality of the materials used in these products as well as a unique high torque wrapping process used on the dried sisal rope, our company guarantees their sisal posts with a no-cost for two years replacement warranty!! Also, the sisal posts may be rotated or even inverted so as to move the most worn spots, replacing them with less used surfaces.

Pillows, replacement covers for hammocks and sleepers, and toys are also available for these wonderfully designed cat trees.

To further assure you of the rugged quality of these cat trees, let me share a development process story about our manufacturer. Over the years, as a goodwil gesture, he has supplied local cat shelters in his area, often housing 150 kitties in 1 space, with his cat trees. When they became worn he would replace them with new ones, using the worn cat trees to study how he might improve his construction. His cat trees now withstand the use and abuse that 150 cats together can inflict!! Also, he uses no toxic glues and uses only velour that has no chemical additives--unlike many of the carpeted models out there that probably have formaldehyde in them. You have only to look at the weight of his trees to be assured of their strength and stability. Indestructible and non-toxic cat trees -- what more could you ask for?

If you are still not convinced that these are the only cat trees that you should seriously consider, see our Add Ons page and our diagrams which show how growth can occur. Also, see our page of comparisons to see why you actually save money buying our cat trees.

Of course you can surf the web in search of other offerings, but, if you care about lasting performance and safety, try to avoid cheaply made imported cat trees or those covered with carpeting which often has loops which your kitty’s claws can become stuck in and which might encourage your cat to also sharpen his claws on your carpets.

If you have more questions about us or our cat trees, please see our Frequently Asked Questions page first, and then feel free to use the Contact Us info to reach one of us should you still need to. Enjoy browsing.
