Dear Sylvia and Alicia: Our Floor to ceiling cat tree (Empire) arrived a few days ago and it is the best piece of furniture in the apartment. Dale and Sappho immediately made it their own. They love the hammock (and sometimes fight over it) but have spent time on all three levels. Half of their time is spent in the tree. My husband was especially impressed with its sturdiness and how easy it was to put together. Plus it looks even better than the website photo. I hadn't realized that the platforms are a wool material rather than a carpet; it looks much nicer. We want to thank you for offering such a great product at such a reasonable price. If we had bought it at a pet store we would have spent more money for something we didn't like as much.

- Hello - I just wanted to drop you a note to let you know that I am so happy I recently found your internet site, ComfyCatFurniture.com. I was able to order extra parts for my cat tree. I have previously purchased two different styles of your trees for my cats (one for a second home). There is no tree on the market that can match these at any price. Believe me. The sleepers and hammocks have zip off covers that are easily taken off and cleaned in your washing machine. The trees are so sturdy that cats of any size (and I have one built for comfort and not speed) can jump and play on the trees without moving them at all. Although the trees are large, they don't need to be fastened to a wall or ceiling because they are very sturdy on their own. The trees still look like new despite nearly seven years of use and all the abuse they have taken. I'm certain they will last a lifetime. Thanks again.

Your assembly directions covered everything, and made putting our tree together a fun/exciting project, rather than a chore of frustration. You're absolutely right -- this set-up is incredibly sturdy, and weighted lower to maintain stability. The additional ceiling mount is perfect! We have an old house with uneven ceilings, and if we decide to move the cat tree to another part of our house -- it will fit just fine!! Also, the ceiling mount adds that extra bit of stability because we have a large, strong dog that enjoys jumping up to lean against an element just to get a closer look at what the cat is doing. Our cat really digs his Magic Kingdom -- he gets an awesome bird's-eye view from the hammock up top while enjoying a great refuge from our dog, loves walking in/out of the round playbox, and has an absolute blast jumping from one element to another! Aside from your friendly service and clear/simple assembly directions -- we also enjoyed excellent packing plus fast shipping, and it appears we'll continue to enjoy its solid construction for many years to come!!! It's quite evident that you thought of everything when you developed the design for this model!!! - What can I say? The picture speaks for itself! I think that once my friends and family see this awesome piece, they will have me locked up!?! The cats are having a blast in their "cat kingdom"! - I recently purchased/received the "Magic Kingdom" cat tree... and I love it! Most importantly, my cats love it! The quality of workmanship/materials is superb! Not only is it functional it's appealing to the eye. Your cat trees have many features that other brands just don't have. Sisal posts are a must, other brands charge extra for this. All the platforms are large enough for them to relax, as well as having a lip so as not to roll off when in a deep sleep. My cats love the height... they fight over the top hammock! They roll around in it as if they're getting a massage, I find this amusing. Keisha and Max would like to thank you and your staff for your fine engineering efforts, this tree is without a doubt the cats meow! I must say they are proud to have a piece of furniture to call their own, in their words; it's purrrfect!It's been a pleasure doing business with you.

- You produce and ship an excellent product. The "Magic Kingdom" kitty condo (we call it our " kitty jungle gym" ) came yesterday evening. We assembled it tonight. It was a little challenging at first, but all together, not a difficult task. It took us about two or three hours to assemble. (It would have taken less, but my husband didn't read the directions, so when I came home, I read the directions, and the rest was easy!) I wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed our experience with your fine company. The "condo" was just what we were looking for. It is of excellent quality and workmanship. Everything we needed to assemble was included, and the container was packed perfectly. The product is so much better than anything we have found at the local "chain" stores.
